9. Original Work

Every document prepared by DocuVance is individually written and tailored to the specific client.

We do not recycle, resell or duplicate documents created for other clients.

10. Quality of Service and Outcomes

At DocuVance, every document is professionally written, carefully reviewed and tailored to the individual needs of each client.

Our writing approach is informed by current recruitment and business practices, as well as ongoing collaboration and feedback from career psychologists, experienced interviewers, recruitment professionals and business leaders. This helps us understand what employers, recruiters and decision-makers are looking for in professionally presented documents.

While a professionally prepared document provides a significantly stronger opportunity to create a positive first impression than an outdated or poorly prepared document, success ultimately depends on many factors.

These factors may include, but are not limited to:

  • qualifications;
  • experience;
  • skills;
  • interview performance;
  • communication;
  • personal presentation;
  • references;
  • market conditions; and
  • the specific requirements or preferences of the employer, organisation or decision-maker.

The final decision always rests with the employer, recruiter, educational institution, investor, funding body or other third party reviewing the application, proposal or supporting documentation.

Although a professionally prepared document can substantially improve your presentation and increase your chances of success, it is only one part of the overall decision-making process.

Accordingly, DocuVance cannot guarantee:

  • employment;
  • interview invitations;
  • university acceptance;
  • funding approval;
  • contract awards;
  • business success;
  • visa approval; or
  • any other specific outcome.

DocuVance cannot be held liable for decisions made by third parties.

Our commitment is to provide every client with a professionally written, high-quality document that accurately represents their skills, experience, qualifications or business and gives them the strongest possible opportunity to make a positive first impression.

11. Client Approval

Clients are encouraged to review all completed documents carefully before submitting them.

DocuVance cannot accept responsibility for errors identified after a document has been approved or submitted.

12. Refund Policy

Due to the personalised nature of professional writing services, refunds cannot be issued once work has commenced.

Should DocuVance be unable to complete the agreed service, any refund will be considered at management's discretion.

13. Right to Refuse Service

DocuVance reserves the right to decline any request that is:

  • unlawful;
  • fraudulent;
  • abusive;
  • discriminatory;
  • offensive; or
  • outside the scope of our professional services.

14. Communication

Communication is conducted through the official DocuVance WhatsApp Business account and email.

Clients are encouraged to respond promptly to requests for additional information to avoid unnecessary delays.

16. Acceptance

By submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, placing an order or making use of any DocuVance service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
